Description
VisionPass is designed for premium events where every detail matters. It replaces physical tickets, manual guest lists, and repeated checkpoints. Using AI-assisted computer vision and secure digital credentials, approved guests can be recognised at enabled access points and welcomed into the right spaces with minimal friction.
Behind the scenes, VisionPass gives event teams a clear, real-time view of guest arrivals, access activity, and venue movement. This helps teams stay informed, respond quickly, and deliver a more considered experience from arrival to departure.
VisionPass also extends beyond entry. With guest permission, its intelligent content layer can identify and curate beautiful moments captured throughout the event. Afterward, each VIP can receive a private collection of their best photographs, key event highlights, and a personalised summary of the experience.
The result is simple: a more secure event for the organiser and an effortless, memorable experience for every guest.
Challenges
The central challenge is delivering a luxury, almost invisible arrival experience without compromising security or operational control. VisionPass needs to work reliably across busy entrances, varied lighting conditions, different camera positions, and high value guest expectations, while keeping the interaction fast and respectful.
Privacy and consent are also core requirements. The platform is being designed with clear permission workflows, role-based access, encrypted data handling, configurable retention policies, and controlled review processes. This ensures that sensitive identity and event content data is handled responsibly.
A further challenge is joining several experiences into one seamless journey: invitation and registration data, access permissions, venue zones, event operations, and curated guest content must work together without creating extra work for the event team or friction for the guest.
