Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 10 October 2026

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website, online materials and public digital resources made available by INFOCORE COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE TRADING CO. L.L.C ("Infocore", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the website.

These Terms apply to the public website and do not replace a quotation, statement of work, software licence, subscription agreement, master services agreement, maintenance agreement, data processing agreement or other written contract entered into with Infocore. Where a separate written agreement applies to particular products or services, that agreement will govern those products or services and will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

2. About Infocore

INFOCORE COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE TRADING CO. L.L.C is a company established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Commercial Licence No. 1218559. Infocore's business activities include technology products, computer systems and software-related activities within the scope of its applicable commercial licence and any approvals required for particular activities.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as representing that Infocore holds a regulatory licence for an activity that requires a separate regulatory approval unless expressly stated by Infocore in writing.

3. Website information

The website provides general information concerning Infocore, our capabilities, products, services, projects and areas of interest. Information on the website is provided for general business and informational purposes and may be changed, corrected, expanded or withdrawn at any time.

Descriptions of services, capabilities, timelines, technical approaches, integrations or outcomes are not binding offers or guarantees unless expressly incorporated into a written agreement signed or otherwise accepted by Infocore in accordance with applicable law.

4. Quotations, proposals and customer projects

Any quotation, proposal, estimate, demonstration, proof of concept, project description or preliminary discussion is subject to the applicable written commercial terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a website enquiry or request for information does not create a binding obligation on Infocore to provide a product or service.

Customer projects may depend on customer-provided information, third-party systems, licences, infrastructure, access credentials, approvals, data quality, cooperation and other dependencies outside Infocore's control. Project responsibilities, acceptance criteria, intellectual-property ownership, warranties, support obligations, service levels, data-processing terms and liability arrangements should be defined in the applicable written agreement.

5. Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not use the website, its content or any Infocore system in a manner that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of another person, interferes with the security or operation of a system, or attempts to obtain access beyond the permissions granted to you.

In particular, you may not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, network or data;
  • interfere with website availability, security or performance;
  • introduce malware or harmful code;
  • bypass technical or security controls;
  • use the website to violate law or another person's rights;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or personal data except where permitted by law and Infocore's written terms;
  • impersonate Infocore or another person;
  • misrepresent affiliation with Infocore;
  • use Infocore trademarks, branding or copyrighted material without permission; or
  • use website infrastructure for abusive automated activity.

Further restrictions applicable to Infocore websites, software, APIs, portals and systems are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, its original text, graphics, visual elements, branding, logos, software, code, layouts, documentation and other materials created by or for Infocore are owned by Infocore or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use publicly available website content for ordinary internal informational purposes. No ownership right is transferred to you. Except where permitted by law or expressly authorised in writing, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, remove proprietary notices from, or represent Infocore content as your own.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, software and content remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Software, demonstrations and pre-release material

Any software, demonstration environment, prototype, sample, beta feature, proof of concept or pre-release functionality made available through or in connection with the website may be subject to additional terms. Such material may contain incomplete functionality and may be modified or withdrawn. It should not be relied upon for production, safety-critical, financial, medical, security-critical or other high-impact use unless the relevant production deployment has been specifically agreed in writing.

8. Artificial intelligence and automated functionality

Infocore may use or integrate artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation or third-party technology in certain solutions. Output produced by automated systems may be probabilistic, incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by an appropriately qualified person where decisions or actions could materially affect people, safety, finances, legal rights, security or business operations.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, website demonstrations or illustrative AI outputs do not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice and should not be treated as a substitute for independent human judgment.

9. Customer and user content; contact forms

Where you submit information, files, messages or other content to Infocore through the website, you represent that the information is accurate, that you have the right to provide that material for the relevant purpose and that doing so does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.

You retain ownership of material that belongs to you. You grant Infocore the limited rights reasonably necessary to receive, review, transmit, store and use submitted material for the purpose for which it was provided, including responding to enquiries, preparing proposals, providing requested support or administering the relevant business relationship.

Do not send passwords, secret keys, production credentials, highly sensitive or special-category personal data, regulated, security-sensitive or confidential information through an ordinary website contact form unless Infocore has provided a secure channel for that purpose.

10. Job applications

Career applications are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sending a CV does not guarantee an interview, offer or employment relationship.

11. Third-party services, links and integrations

The website or Infocore solutions may refer to, link to or integrate third-party websites, software, platforms, APIs, cloud services, open-source components or other services. Those third parties operate under their own terms, licences, privacy practices and service conditions.

Infocore does not control independent third-party services and, except to the extent expressly agreed in writing, is not responsible for their availability, security, functionality, content, acts or omissions. The inclusion of a link or technical integration does not by itself constitute an endorsement of every statement, product or practice of the relevant third party.

12. Open-source and third-party software

Certain software supplied, integrated or developed by Infocore may include open-source or third-party components. Those components may be governed by separate licence terms that continue to apply to the relevant component. Where a licence requires attribution, notices, source availability or other disclosures, Infocore will seek to make the applicable notices available with the relevant software, documentation or our Legal Notice page.

13. Confidentiality

The public website is not intended to replace confidentiality obligations that may apply under a non-disclosure agreement or customer contract. Confidential information exchanged in connection with a customer project will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

14. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, project-specific privacy notices or data-processing arrangements. Use of the website may also be subject to our Cookie Policy.

15. Website availability and security

We seek to maintain the website in a reliable and secure manner, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party infrastructure, internet conditions, security events or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may suspend, restrict, modify or discontinue all or part of the website where reasonably necessary.

You must not attempt to circumvent security, obtain unauthorised access, interfere with normal operation, introduce malicious code or use automated tools in a manner that causes unreasonable load or disruption. You must not perform vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, password attacks, social engineering, denial-of-service testing or other security testing against Infocore systems without written authorisation.

Security concerns should be reported to security@infocore.ai.

16. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and its general informational content are provided on an "as available" basis. Infocore does not warrant that every item of website information will at all times be complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, obligation or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any warranties or commitments applicable to paid products or services will be determined by the relevant written agreement and mandatory law.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infocore will not be liable solely by reason of access to or reliance on the public website for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or loss arising from decisions made solely on the basis of general website information.

This limitation does not exclude or limit liability to the extent that exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct or other non-excludable matters and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to a particular transaction. Liability relating to paid products, software, implementation work or professional services will be governed by the applicable customer agreement and mandatory law.

18. Indemnity for unlawful misuse

To the extent permitted by law, a person or organisation that unlawfully misuses an Infocore website or system may be responsible for losses, costs, claims or liabilities resulting directly from that misuse, including infringement, unauthorised access, malicious activity or unlawful content, subject to applicable law and any relevant written agreement.

19. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict or exclude rights that a consumer is entitled to under mandatory UAE consumer-protection legislation or other law. Where mandatory law gives a user rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights will continue to apply.

20. Electronic communications

You agree that communications relating to website enquiries and ordinary business interactions may be conducted electronically. Electronic communications, approvals and signatures may have legal effect in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the relevant transaction.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our website, services, technology, business practices or applicable law. The current version shows its last-updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

22. Suspension and restriction

Infocore may restrict access to the website or particular features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or protection of Infocore and its users.

23. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and use of the public website are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory law that applies to a particular person or transaction.

Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules and any binding dispute-resolution agreement applicable to a particular transaction, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the public website.

24. General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a continuing waiver. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
